Google maps

You might know about my love for google. Now they have this totally sweet map - visit http://maps.google.com. You can look at satellite pictures of a large portion of the country! Even the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. You can see the building where I work, Kenan labs. Check it out - it is totally awesome.

PC Thugs

One of my pet peeves is PC thuggery. Years ago I stated that Cookie Monster was the source of obeisity in America. His gluttony and unfettered apetite for cookies gave children unhealthy eating habits - habits that persisted through adulthood.

It turns out someone was listening to my insane rant. Cookie Monster now says cookies are a "sometimes food." I said that stuff about cookie monster to point out the absurdity of political correctness. Somone at PBS actually thinks like this! He is a cookie monster - get a life people.

We know Oscar the grouch gives the impression that all homeless people are mean, and live in trash cans. He will be next.
