Coldstone Creamery
Many of you have heard my Coldstone Creamery story. I do not like the place. The people are too happy and they sing; it is enough to make you want to blow your brains out. A while ago I took my niece to get some ice cream, and I got her a child-size ice cream. She could not eat more than that (nor should she), and she ordered vanilla with sprinkles (pretty simple). The child-size ice cream cost about $2.50, which I told the clerk was a little pricey for the size. He noted I could get a "like it" size for a little more, then I told him that she could not eat that much. The clerk then smugly stated:
I was floored. This was very rude. That is how I know I have made it; the day I can go to Coldstone Creamery and buy ice cream and still pay the rent, I will know I am a success. Here is hoping.
I called to complain, and was sent free coupons, and the owner of store wanted to know who did it (so they could fire the brat). I just got more free coupons in the mail. They care about customer service, I guess.
"If you cannot afford our prices, there is a Dairy Queen down the street."
