Barak Obama: Royalist

Warning: Satire ahead

There has been a lot of talk about Barak Hussein Obama, Jr. not being "patriotic" enough. I humbly submit he is patriotic, only his allegiances lie elsewhere. He bows to the Queen of England. His goal is to bring the USA back under British rule. My evidence is below.

Let's look at his past, shall we. He is named after his father, a Kenyan (and a British subject!). It's worth noting his father's allegiances lay with the Queen. It is also a little aristocratic to be named after ones father, no? He grew up in Hawaii ("discovered" by captain James Cook). He went to Harvard Law School, a vestige of colonial times, when we were missing Mother England. You may be thinking "that really doesn't matter, there are a lot of people who fit this description." Well, the other evidence is more subtle, we have to look closely for it. Here is is talking about why he won't wear a US flag pin on his chest:
"You know, the truth is that right after 9/11, I had a pin," Obama said. "Shortly after 9/11, particularly because as we're talking about the Iraq War, that became a substitute for I think true patriotism, which is speaking out on issues that are of importance to our national security, like Benedict Arnold did, I decided I won't wear that pin on my chest."

"Instead," he said, "I'm going to try to tell the American people what I believe will make this country great, such as bringing the USA back under British rule, and hopefully that will be a testimony to my patriotism."
The emphasis is mine. This may be to subtle for most to pick up, but there is more evidence. He won't put his hand on his heart during the national anthem. Why? Because he could never betray the Union Jack.

There are a few more examples. In his book "Dreams of my Father: A Story of Race and Inheritance," the following passage reveals a lot:
"My father expressed his hope we could change the world. When I fist met him, he told me "You can destroy the emperor, he has foreseen this. Take your place at my side, and together we will rule the galaxy as father and son." His early passing made this impossible, but I have never forgotten his desire to see the British Empire restored."
I am not sure what to make of that passage...you judge for yourself.

As you may know, the price of a first-class stamp recently increased from $0.41 to $0.42. As an aside, why don't you see the "cent symbol" anymore? In fact, I can't even use it on this page it's an "illegal character." Those clowns in congress are at it again, shouldn't the use of that be guaranteed by the first amendment? This makes we want to post two things:

1. The question to Life, the Universe, and Everything is: "How much does a first-class stamp cost?"

2. When the price rose to $0.41 in February 2007, the USPS introduced the "Forever Stamp." This thing can be used no matter how much they jack up the prices. In fact, even in a post-apocalyptic future, Kevin Costner (The Postman) will accept a "Forever Stamp," and deliver your letter. When the stamp was first introduced, I invested heavily, and purchased $7, 999.92 worth of the forever stamp. Many people laughed, but today I am laughing all the way to the bank. Today that same investment is worth $8, 195.04, a gain of 2.44% in just over a year. You may say "that's not so good." But over the same time period, the S and P has not done as well, nor has my friends investment on "00" at Vegas.

I may cash out, but I think I'll hold on to my investment a little while longer, I have the feeling it's about to really take off.
